WOW GOLD-Re-Opening TR to Compete Against S3 Arena |
|
to everyone that had previously signed up "for our enjoyment." A lot of players out there probably thought to themselves, "finally," but why had Blizzard only done this now after they were asked to leave a TR open ever since season 2? While some will believe that they finally listened to the player base, I'm more inclined to think that they wanted something to bring the competitive arena players back to the game ever since the new EU private server (hosted in the US) playing with the s3 2.4 rule set was released about WOW Gold. The private server had grown immensely popular among many websites like AJ and was getting more populated every day with casuals and famous players alike.wow gold Since Blizzard can do very little about actually stopping this type of server from running, they did the next best thing of re-opening their very own tournament realm to allow players to play whatever class and spec they want, with who they want, against people that they normally can't face online. The question, however, comes down to this: Is WotLK arena more enjoyable or Season 3 arena more enjoyable? While many people do in fact hate WotLK PvP (and for good reason), they are also often nostalgic about the old TBC days and how severe imbalances existed there, as well. Of which include druids being horribly overpowered (not far off today's status!), mages being rather terrible and oomable, warriors clutching those mace stuns, and several classes/specs being completely unviable for arena. Buying cheaper WOW Gold is not an easy job. The pace of arena from watching various streams played on the private server is as expected, as well: very slow. While damage may seem through the roof right now in Wrath, was it a change for the better? Many competitive players argue that the current arena makes you work much harder for your kills and punish you much worse for mistakes made while others just believe it's entirely too zergy and rewards bad players for tunnel vision spamming cooldowns/dps.wow gold I personally prefer current arena over TBC because, despite the amount of absolutely mediocre players at high rankings because of the broken system and dumbed down game mechanics, simply put, the game was far more imbalanced in TBC. And honestly, I'd much rather play against a druid/ret/dk of current than a WLD of old. But maybe that's just me. |
