Tickets for the fourth annual BlizzCon gaming convention go on sale May 16.
The yearly event showcases Blizzard Entertainment's World of Warcraft, Diablo and StarCraft games, while offering gamers the chance to participate in tournaments, contests and receive some hands-on time with upcoming games. The event will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California on August 21 and 22. Tickets to the convention will cost $125 and will be available for purchase from the BlizzCon website at www.blizzcon.com beginning on May 16. If for some reason you cannot purchase your tickets on May 16, a second block of tickets will go on sale May 30.
If you will not be in the Anaheim area in August, you can always watch live coverage from the convention on your television set from the comfort of your own living room. wow gold DIRECTV customers can purchase the BlizzCon Pay Per View event for $39.95. The event will feature eight hours of live HD coverage from the show floor each day of the convention along with exclusive interviews, demos and more.
Do not have DIRECTV? Then you can watch live streaming video of the convention right on your computer. Gamers can purchase the Pay Per View event for $39.95 to watch over the Internet. However, DIRECTV costumers who order the televised event will also receive the Internet stream at no extra charge.
Anyone who orders the Pay Per View event will also receive this year's BlizzCon exclusive World of Warcraft in-game item, which will be revealed at a later date.
