The Mines final-stage beta is invite only, but you can apply for consideration at the official site. As well as the titular underground complex, the expansion will contain a couple of new character classes, hundreds of quests and Balrogs.
Everything seems to be going according to plan for Turbine, and as the launch date gets closer, now is the time for a closed beta testing. Turbine and Codemasters are taking subscriptions of those interested in participating in the Beta for the upcoming LOTRO expansion, due to release next Lotro Goldquarter.
