WoW Gold-RMP vs Warrior/DK/Healer |
|
While this is not necessarily the most difficult match-up for RMP, it is by far the most popular cleave team out there. Some people find warrior/retribution/healer harder to deal with, but I find it easier to control the retribution paladin than the DK. Chains of ice and death grip allows the DK to stick to the priest a lot better, and strangulate + mind freeze puts out so much pressure.wow gold My view can be a little biased, as I have to deal with not one but two 2800 warrior/DK/paladin teams in BG5 of WoW. Between Veex/Zileax's TSG, and Tugget/Brewkz's It's A Cyclone Raider, our record as RMP against them is 0-12 combined. Meanwhile, Bilian, the #1 man on SK-100, his RMP holds a winning record against both teams, how? I went on their servers to get some more info out of what elite RMPs do against this comp, as I believe this is the match-up that is keeping our own RMP from becoming an elite team. Players can speak to NPC without any WoW Gold. DK is going to send his ghoul to attack, putting himself in combat automatically (some DKs even charge in with lichborne), and paladin is going to sacrifice the warrior. If the priest tries to dispel the warrior, he gets charged right away and it is a very bad situation with both cleaves charging in head first. DK can pop his magic/stun/sheep/fear immunity CDs, warrior can blade storm, many of our earlier matches against warrior/DK cleave teams ended in 20 seconds with our priest dead in WoW. "Can't look for saps, open on warrior right away and have your priest line-of-sight his charge. Lock him down as much as you can but ultimately it is your mage who needs to play really big in this fight. He needs to control both the DK/paladin AND dish out enough damage pressure on the warrior. It is absolutely critical that you open the match with good peels. Both melee on the priest at same time, before you dish out any real damage of your own, is an auto-loss." Vex refused to give any specifics on what makes Bilian's team better against them, as this will be one of their go-to comps in the regional. But apparently Versica, the mage of Bilian's RMP is capable of shutting all three of them down. When we fought Veex's TSG we can sometimes survive until phase 3, when their offensive CDs are down and diminishing return on our CCs are coming back up. But eventually DK gets our priest to 50%, warrior intercepts over and lands just one MS, DK follows up with a strangulate, and it is over.wow gold Other than better burst coordination and target swaps, 3.1.3 also brings nerfs to all three classes in Warrior/DK/Paladin, which seemed to have tilted this match-up in RMP's favor. 4 second shorter hands of freedom duration, 5 second longer CD on warrior charge, and 30% less chains of ice spams, it can definitely add up to an extra win or two in a full series. |
