Do you have problems when you working on the Orc? One of my friends said to me he had the qurstions about the Orc pauldron. ¡°Like a week ago,  gold to wow I went to pick a campaign op and every category was empty. So, just for the hell of it, I chose stock and awe 4. The quartermaster asked me for an orc pauldron.

None have been on my server"s AH, and wiki says it drops from the orcish neckchoppers in east ronfaure. Basically, I have farmed the things for a considerable number of hours over the last week. There"s only 3 spawn points, and they aren"t too fun to mess with because of links. Only one is safe, due to the river being there to sometimes ditch links if I get em. So, I have been focusing on that one.

So I am killing them out there. It"s not a total waste of time, as I got a scroll, and have been getting weaponskill points and leveling npc at the same time¡­ but I am seriously wondering if there isn"t a mistake here. For a tier 4 quest, a mob of that level seems perhaps a bit low. Is there a mistake on the listing of what drops these? Perhaps it"s something in la vaule only? Really, I have killed a boatload¡­ and other than seals, an orc helm, a scroll or two, and a whole hell of a lot of scholar"s testimonies, I have not seen a pauldron. At this point, rather than just quit the op, I would like to see it through. Anyone have any info?"

Who can help him? Maybe you have the same luck as him. ffxi gil  You"ve been killing Coppercaps and Brasscaps (About 30 of each so far) and still no drop of an Agaricus Mushroom for Stock and Awe IV as well. And unluckily there is none on the AH of that one either.

I don"t know if it is a luck issue. The more I killed, the more I wonder if the source is correct or not. I am not kidding when I say I have spent several hours on a number of days in the last week killing them. In fact, I broke my latent on my sword almost exclusively on orcs, focusing on neckchoppers. I"ve seen seals, a whole lot of testimonies, several orc helms, some fire crystals, 2 scrolls¡­ and never even a hint of the pauldron¡­ and many kills were with treasure hunter.

If these are what drops the item for the op, I am just shocked they would make an item for it that rare. There"s nothing that special about the op, and it absolutely does not warrant a drop rate that low - especially off mobs that only have 3 spawn points total.
