As the name would indicate, the program allows all you Night Elves and Trolls to alert your tweeple, twizzles and twiends every time you down Onyxia by sneezing on her, wow gold or crush the disorganized Alliance hordes in yet another lopsided Warsong Gulch match without having to leave the game.

Though it¡¯s not an official UI add-on (Blizzard¡¯s EULA prohibits add-ons that interact with outside programs), like other MMO-centric social networking options Twitter Widget runs concurrently with your game and is able to overlay informational windows directly onto your game screen.

Alternately you can run WoW in windowed mode to achieve the same effect, but now there¡¯s a solution those of you who refuse to look at anything but the most gorgeous images possible, while avoiding any and all meaningful human contact.
