2008 will be the first full year that NCsoft exclusively holds the rights to City of Heroes, and with that in mind they've released the 2008 State of the Game that includes a look back at 2007 -- one they feel was a banner year for the franchise, with three major free expansions and 21 updates total.

NCsoft has some big things in store for this year, including the City Vault -- a character profile system available online where players can view their Heroes and Villains, and show them off to the world.
