I think it's safe to say that any hardcore PVPer of either the present or the past would kill for a year round TR that had monthly/bi-monthly etc. tournaments. Hell, even if there weren't tournaments other than your standard yearly Blizzard one, but rather a separate ladder that wasn't restricted in terms of access, WOW Gold would be amazing. Never having to deal with all of the annoyances associated with live realms would make everything so much less time consuming and less stressful.
WOW Gold.I mean look at the current TR, Warlocks have found a new calling simply because they don't have to deal with half the crap they have to deal with on live servers. The whole environment just seems so superior in terms of PVP in every way possible. Buying cheaper WOW Gold is not an easy job.
Obviously, the consistent tournament aspect would be completely unrealistic right now simply because Blizzard puts out a lot of money (relative to the community/players at least) as it is as a reward for their own tournaments. However, I'm curious as to whether or not players would be willing to spend say, 25-30 dollars per month if it allowed unconditional access to the server. You'd still maintain all of your normal subscription privileges, but would have access to the TR in addition to them. I do not see why it would be too much to ask considering people pay 25 dollars (or whatever the hell it is) just to change their names.
