Games based on movies and books are rarely as good as their film or literary counterparts, but the Return of the King is a decent attempt in this genre. Further, the end of the game is a little anti-climactic. However, as an offshoot of the movie, the game does a pretty good job of portraying the story and makes for some fun gameplay, especially in multiplayer.
